Judge Dhayanithie Pillay, who ruled in favour of Derek Hanekom last Friday started off as a lawyer at the firm of Yunus Mohamed in the 80s; a founding member of the United Democratic Front…

Judge Dhaya Pillay

We all know today UDF was nothing else but an imitation of the ANC formed by the Oppenheimers strategically to prepare their own agents for integration into the ANC upon its imminent return from exile.

As much as several ordinary members of the UDF on the ground didn’t know about this UDF/Oppenheimer connection back then; today many are fully aware that the IFP that they were engaged in a gruesome war with in the mid 80’s over ‘political differences’ was in fact another side of the same coin.

What ordinary members of these organisations didn’t know is that their leadership was both taking orders from the same diabolical source; the Oppenhemiers.

To this day IFP leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi doesn’t miss a chance to proclaim that he is a long-time friend of the Oppenheimers; whom he praises as an aristocracy that made considerable ‘donations’, among other accolades; to build schools for the KwaZulu Government; of which he was a Prime Minister back in the days of apartheid.  They also ‘donated’ R10 million to Cyril Ramaphosa’s Nasrec election campaigns against Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma in 2017. Today one of the founders of the UDF; Trevor Manuel is serving in the Board of the Rotschilds empire in South Africa. Oppenheimer is an alias for the Rotschilds in South Africa.

In our books; UDF became a grooming platform for the likes of Trevor Manuel, Zweli Mkhize and the Blade Nzimande’s of this era for the post-apartheid eventual neutralisation of the ANC from inside. To this day there is no clear explanation of how Blade became the lifetime Secretary General of the SACP.

According to Siyanda Mhlongo; a former leader of the ANC in KZN who is now with COPE; there was no ANC cadre he knew by the name of Blade Nzimande during the dark days of the struggle against apartheid in the Natal Midlands. 10 years ago Siyanda once asked for an explanation on SAFM talk radio about where Blade was during the thick of things in the province; going as far as challenging him to a public debate live on air to clear this matter once and for all but to this day the SABC has not yielded to his request.

According to Phillip Mhlongo, another ex-ANC leader turned COPE turned EFF parliamentarian today; Blade was a staunch khaki clad Ivulandlela of the IFP in the township of kwaDambuza in Pietermaritzburg while they were fighting and dying for liberation as ANC cadres in the trenches. He doesn’t even remember when and how he landed in the UDF; not to mention the giant leap to become an SACP Secretary General in 1998.

But then who would imagine that a former Trade Unionist who joined the ANC in 1990; without spending a single day in a jail cell for the liberation struggle, or shooting a flying bird in the trenches or throwing a single rock against the apartheid police during the Soweto Uprisings; would 25 years later become the President of the ANC, not to mention of the country! Banesibindi abanye abantu; bangalikhwela ikati!

This is like spending only five days in a baby crib as an infant and the next thing you know your armpits are hairy and smelling like a dead cockroach; your voice has gone toad-like monotone and bam! You are now a top goal scorer for Bafana Bafana in South Africa.

We live in a space age where you don’t just take this kind of a giant leap into the future and people don’t ask questions about it; but you go on to claim that you landed on the moon while in actual fact you were in a movie studio designed to look like a desert in Nevada shooting a movie called “I believe I can fly” in some remote corner of a secret fortress called Area 51 to deceive the world!

Not in a too distant future from now; some racist psycho will wake up the other day and paint a portrait of Former President Nelson Mandela as a white man and pay newspapers, radio and TV stations to proclaim that Mandela was his own brave ancestor who suffered for the oppressed. Dimwits of the time who do not question lies will swallow the whole fairy tale hook, line and sinker because a TV news anchor has said so! One can imagine a headline: “Mandela: A white man who spent 27 years in jail for the liberation of black people!”

In a similar surprise move; Judge Pillay agreed with Hanekom that this tweet above implies that Hanekom was an apartheid spy and ordered Zuma to pay all legal costs. She reserved the judgement on the R500 000 claim by Hanekom for another day.

What does this mean? Is this not a coded message and a veiled threat to Zuma never to mention the word “apartheid spy” again anywhere in public or else a half a million fine for Hanekom will be activated? Is this not the apartheid regime style of censorship and suppression of freedom of speech? When the mantra was "hear no evil, see no evil."

A similar case was lodged in court and won by Ronnie Kasrils in 2014 against the then MKMVA spokesperson Kebby Maphatsoe. After this fine Maphatsoe went quiet and didn’t become as vocal as he was before. Suddenly the Mail & Guadian reported that the RET cadres who approached Maphatsoe about their intentions to challenge the legitimacy of the Nasrec ANC conference outcome post 2017 were suddenly given a cold shoulder by him. After a R500 o00 fine Maphatsoe went oddly quiet and disappeared from the political scene; only to re-emerge recently threatening to spill the beans on what he called ANC ‘crimes’ in military camps.

So now half a million damage court claims by those that the courts like are new strategies to silence ANC cadres who want to expose holy cows? This looks like a high diplomatic ring-fence of blackmail against those who still want to reveal more about traitors.

You must be a god of South Africa to walk into a court of law and get a judgement like Hanekom’s, a judgement that associates the tweet above with spying for the apartheid government! Not only is there no mention of the apartheid spy in the tweet; the context in which this statement was made obviously implies Hanekom conniving with EFF to oust a sitting ANC President. Something that Hanekom is not even ashamed to admit to have done through several meetings with members of the opposition, including one leader of EFF called Godrich Gardee.

To a curious observer this looks like a thinly veiled message that whites are still in charge of this country through the judicial system that loves and sympathises with them, so black people must know their place and suffer in silence or else the white god will take them to the cleaners and bankrupt them through court fines.

All along, until Judge Pillay’s judgement yesterday we were under the impression that EFF was one of the enemies of the ANC. But the judgement now creates an impression that Zuma was wrong to refer to the EFF as an ‘enemy’ of the ANC and imply that Hanekom was their ‘agent’. Until last Friday we didn’t know that EFF is another name of the ANC and the two are one!

For the Judge to rule out any possibility that ‘enemy agent’ referred to in this tweet implies Hanekom lobbying opposition parties to oust his own comrade Zuma from power suggest many possibilities.

Out of desperation; we still remember that the Democratic Alliance even went as far as lobbying other opposition parties to vote for the dissolvement of parliament. If the dissolvement of parliament had succeeded; it would have even rendered the ANC as an organisation prone to losing its political power. Not through the ballot box but through a clandestine manoeuvre of the DA with the help of the opposition parties. Now what does this mean about an ANC member who was lobbying the opposition for the impeachment of the President?

What makes the judge think ‘enemy agent’ may not mean an ANC member who connives with an opposition member to oust another ANC member from power in this context? Is it not that today perhaps there is something that the public is not aware of? That the ANC no longer has an opposition in parliament ever since Zuma left the Presidential office? If the ANC no longer has enemy agents within its ranks then we must all admit that the ruling party has secretly merged with the opposition parties to form a secret dictatorship.

Then this means we are all wasting our time thinking there are opposition parties in South Africa when Parliament now operates as a one party state that masquerades as a multi-party democracy to fool the world! Right under our noses this implies we have become a dictatorship masquerading as a democracy!

For Hanekom and the judge to think that the only meaning the word “enemy agent” could imply in this day and age, 25 years after the death of the apartheid government – or so we thought, is a reference to the dark days of the apartheid spies implies exactly something sinister. Is there a possibility that something called an apartheid spy still operates and if yes what kind of a job are they doing today and to whom are they reporting since we are all under the impression that the Special Branch is dead, buried and forgotten?

The proverbial Oppenheimers always read the political transformation of a country they are colonising in Africa 20 years in advance. So they knew the National Party was about to lose the job of oppressing black people and then started investing heavily in the education of their future agents to infiltrate the ANC upon its return from exile; among other things for these agents to become judges in the new South Africa to do what they are doing right now against liberators like Former President Jacob Zuma.

Judge Pillay’s former boss Yunus was an instructing attorney in the Delmas Treason Trial; the same trial that culminated in the conviction of activists like Terror Lekota, Moses Chikane and Popo Molefe.

But what is most shocking about Judge Pillay is that she served as an advisor to the drafters of this diabolic South African constitution; the same constitution that has proven beyond reasonable doubt that it is a well-crafted albatross wound nicely around black people’s neck to look like a fancy golden necklace that is fake.

No wonder amongst the people who co-drafted the SA constitution are all the pariahs and black sheeps in the ANC today like Pravin Gordhan, Thuli Madonsela and the proverbial Cyril Ramaphosa; whose political tactics today manifest OR Tambo’s dossier on a UDF Cabal he accused of working against the ANC in 1990.

Now do you connect the dots?

The aim of that judgment in Durban is to gag Zuma from divulging further information about those who worked against the ANC from inside during the struggle for liberation. As a former Intelligence Officer of the ANC he has all their files and this is giving them sleepless nights.

The same Judge Pillay who passed this judgement against Zuma last Friday was nominated to the Judicial Services Commission back in 2015 by the controversial retired Constitutional Judge Zak Yacoob.  You’ll remember that Yacoob was accused by Adv. Muzi Sikhakhane recently of having tried to interfere with his Sars report on Rogue Units that implicated Pravin Gordhan and Ivan Pillay in corruption.

Yacoob is also one of the accused bunch of Indians by the then ANC President OR in a dossier he circulated about a “dangerous UDF Cabal in the ANC” being a “threat to the Mass Democratic Movement that required urgent attention to be neutralised” in 1990. Here

Now you know why White Monopoly Capitalists were very careful in selecting candidates for their University bursary schemes during the dark days of apartheid. Which explains why 99.9% of non-white judges; if they are not Indians are people with strong Bantustan political background.

If you grew up in the rural areas they knew how the Bantustan leaders had chiselled your mind-set politically in terms of “white worship”. So you’d most probably pose no serious threat when the time came for the apartheid agents to be used to clandestinely execute apartheid operations in a democracy through their profession.

Now do you see how clever the apartheid system was in positioning their foot soldiers for the eventuality of circumventing a democracy post-apartheid? The fake 'democratic' constitution created an illusion that the judicial system; among several arms of the State was now transformed when in actual fact only the colour of its skin changed here and there while the personality of the system remains the same.
