Matthew 7: 6 -  Do not give what is holy to dogs or throw your pearls before pigs; otherwise they will trample them under their feet and turn around and tear you to pieces...- Jesus Christ

Remember the story of Jonah in the Bible. A messenger that God sent to Niniveh yet decided to take a short left and headed for Tarshish to escape from the commission of the LORD. Jonah, like this political party called CR17 masquerading as the ANC, feared the people of Niniveh than God and reaped the reward...

In South Africa those who hijacked the ANC elective conference in Nasrec three years ago; like Jonah, have swerved the Radical Economic Transformation ship from the direction of Niniveh where they were supposed to go and save the people to the city of Joppa, hoping for peace, harmony and a happily ever after. But like the belligerent messenger of the LORD Jonah, they are not going to escape their fate and reach Tarshish, for the fate of Jonah awaits them along the way. Will the whale spit them out like Jonah after three years in office? Covid-19 will tell…

These are the people we urged to place artisan skills at the Ministry of Basic Education so that every qualifying student could freely acquire them per ANC’s Nasrec 54th National Conference resolution on Free Education. Surprise, surprise, to this day they are still locking these skills at TVET colleges so that only the privileged few can access them, particularly members of the opposition parties that our investigations have established are always effortlessly offered bursaries and scholarships by the private sector. This is Gatekeeping strategy number 1.

Gatekeeping strategy number 2: We urged the CR17 government to purchase Covid-19 cure from Cuba because we have evidence it exists there, but instead, they brought Cuban doctors here at more exorbitant costs to the government fiscal, obviously as an attempt to curry diplomatic favours with Cuba or perhaps buy some political patronage with the staunch Socialist country, a futile exercise because unlike the Western countries; the Cuban government is priceless and would never be bought by any capitalist regime. This, again, to plunge our country into more unwarranted IMF debt.

This was before another cure was discovered by our neighbours next door, the island of Madagascar, that the South African government has not procured to this day, even after more than 8 African countries have given it a green light.

Gatekeeping strategy number 3: Fourth and Sixth condition to access the R350 unemployment grant: Banking details, including the name of your bank and the account you have. Most unemployed people do not have bank accounts, so why not use the cellphone number of the applicant to e-wallet the money than force people to open bank accounts for a temporary grant that will disappear in six months’ time? Obviously the banks must also benefit, by hook or crook in this unemployment grant distribution.

Gatekeeping strategy number 4: Sixth condition is even crazier: Proof of address: In order to have proof of address, you must have regular income and be working to open a credit account with some retail shop. Or else you must be in possession of some form of a title deed, or ratepayers statements that can prove you pay levies on a regular basis.
But we all know the majority of unemployed people live as backyard tenants, or are residing in RDP houses without any form of income. What about those in the rural areas who fetch water, for example, from the nearby rivers thus do not have ratepayers statements to show? The intention is to exclude most of the unemployed people through bureaucracy.

Some reliable sources in the intelligence services have told us that this R350 unemployment grant is actually not meant for social relief, it is a grant that is earmarked to benefit those who will pay for a DSTV Compact subscription, which they know is the most popular package for Black people, which happens, coincidentally, to costs more or less the same amount. Just before the R350 grant was announced by the government, DSTV had advertised Compact Package on SABC as something that would cost exactly R350 during lockdown period.

We are told the grant had to be dressed as social relief to hide the fact that it is earmarked to keep MultiChoice, Johann Rupert’s company, in business. And that’s what we are told the Sixth condition is all about, for you to produce a DSTV statement as ‘Proof of Residence”, failing which you will be ruled illegible for the grant on the ‘grounds’ that you can’t produce proof of residence. Just because there are many chances the grant won’t go to DSTV subscription, its intended recipient.

Ask yourself this question: What else is the use of the proof of residence because your ID number is enough for them to check whether you are receiving any income or not?
Our investigation continues…we will keep you posted
Here are the helplines to access the grant: 0600 123 456 or SRD@SASSA.GOV.ZA
