Umhlangano uyavulwa uSihlalo wawo uMntwana uKhetheyakhe Ngubane owavula ngokubonga ithuba lokuba khona komhlangano.

UMntwana uKhetheyakhe Ngubane uthi:

“Bekulokhu kubhungwa ukuthi umhlangano ubanjwe nini ngoba kukhona uMsinga osekhaya noMsinga osemadilobheni ngokomsebenzi. Lokhu sasikushiso ukuthi sasithunywe yisizwe njengesigungu saseNdlunkulu ukuthi sike siphenye ngalezi zinkinga ezithinta ubukhosi besizwe samaBomvu aseMsinga.

“Sekuyiwe nakuNgqongqoshe wakwaCogta. Sambikela noMengameli wezwe uMnu Jacob Zuma emhlanganweni owawuseThekwini wokubuyisana nabakwaNxamalala ukuthi inkosi yaseMabomvini aseMsinga sesiyimisile.

Yingakho nje sithi lento yokwabiwa komhlaba ngalendlela yokuwusebenzisela ukukhiqiza iwukudala uchuku olungenasidingo emiphakathini nokwenza abantu abamnyama bahluleke ngoba ukukhiqiza kudinga utshale ngokwesayensi uphinde ukhiqize nezilwane ngokwesayensi futhi, okuwumkhuba owafika nabelungu. Kanti kulula ukutshala nokufuya  uma ungazujova izilwane usebenzise nembewu mbumbulu yabelungu (genetically modified seeds) yezitshalo ezibanga izifo.

“Izinduna nobhekeni bayesatshiswa ngokuya emihlanganweni yinkosi. Alikho yini iqhinga lokuchitha le nkosi ngoba seyehlulekile ukubusa isizwe. Kusabambeni njengoba senishilo ukuthi noMnyango weZokubusa uyithole inamacala.

“Kuzoze kube nini MaBomvu nibuswa wumuntu eningasamfuni. Kungani ningamtsheli ukuthi akehle esikhundleni? Izinduna aziyeke ukungcetheza. Zikhethwe yisizwe, hhayi inkosi.

UMnu Masithela Sithole – owayeyinduna yakwaDolo:

“Nisibona silapha nje siqhathwa amasela omhlaba angabelungu. Mina ngikhule ekhona amaKhabela akhelene noDolo futhi kungenamsindo phakathi kwethu.

“Ngeshwa kwavela isigodi sakithi kwaDolo sathi angiphathe njengenduna. Sangibeka njengenduna ngingekho. Ngavuma. Kuthe kusuka kwaboshwa izinkomo zami ziboshwa yiBhunu lepulazi. Kwanginenga lokhu. Ngaya kulona ngathola izingane ezisebenza khona ngabuza ngokuboshwa kwezinkomo zami.

“Umlungu wathi angikhokhe inhlawulo ngoba izinkomo zami zidle enkanjini yakhe. Sathathana kwashunqa uthuli. Ngithe ngisuka ngaqaqa ucingo ngenhloso yokuzikhipha esikiti, ngithe ngibona amantombazana amsebenzelayo lo mlungu ayevula isango. Ngazikhipha. Kodwa wangisongela wathi siyohlangana enkantolo.

UNgubane oyisemenywa uyaphawula:

“Umbono wami ngoba kuyacaca ukuthi inkosi isisidayisile ukuthi akuqokwe umeluleki wesizwe samaBomvu ozosiphathela izikhiye ngezinkinga esibhekene nazo njengalezi ezithinta amaKhabela nje.”

UMchunu oyisemenywa uyaphawula:

"Inkosi ayivulelwe icala ngokuqhatha amaKhabela namaBomvu. Umbono wokuya ehlathini uzojabulisa bona kanye labo xovizwe abathokoziswa ukuphalala kwegazi labantu."

UDlamini induna yaseNqoleni:

“Sabamisa nathi abasemaKhabeleni ukuthi bangakhi laphaya. UNdabezitha (inkosi) usihamba ngemuva uma eyokhuluma nabo. Akakaze asimeme njengezinduna ukukhuluma udaba lwasemaKhabeleni. Sesatshiswa kwathiwa singalubhadi kwanhlobo lapho. Angikubeke kucace nje ukuthi yiyo kanye inkosi esihlukanise isigodi sakithi eNqoleni phakathi.”

UFuneka ngecala analo nenkosi uPano:

“Kwaba nombango mayelana nezinkomo emndenini, enye yezinkomo yagcina isisiswe enkosini ukuze uma kuvela isixazululo ngodaba lwayo ibuye. Sesifinyelele esixazululweni ngalolu daba, manje inkinga sekuwukuthi leyo nkomo yakithi ayisatholakali, uma ibuzwa inkosi ukuthi iphi inkomo ithi yaphoseka esiweni eHholwane, kodwa namanje ubufakazi besikhumba sayo abuveli.

“MaBomvu, anginazise ukuthi inkosi isihlangene nezinduna ezithile edlelana nazo ukuthi ngenzakaliswe ngenxa nje yodaba lwezinkomo zakithi. Ngiphakamisa ukuthi okungcono akukhethwe uNdunankulu wesizwe samaBomvu ongeyena owakwaNgubane ngesibongo okwesikhashana ukuze kube nguye esizobika kuye okwamanje.

Mbawa oyisemenywa uyaphawula:  

“Inkosi isonga ithi noma ingafa isizwe samaBomvu siyosala nokubhujiswa.”

UNgubane oyisemenywa uyaphawula:  

“Sesiyaqonda ukuthi inkosi okumele ithathe isiyaziwa yiNdlunkulu ngakho-ke ayikhethwe kwamanje.”

Kukhethwa uMnu Reuben Shelembe waseNzala njengoNdunankulu wesizwe samaBomvu. Kunqunywa ukuthi inkosi uPano ayiseyona inkosi yamaBomvu, kwaziswa zonke izinduna ukuthi sekumele zibike kuNdunankulu uShelembe.

Kuthathwa isinqumo sokuthi akulindelwe umphumela wesinqumo seKhomishana kaNhlapho ebeyihleli eBathenjini ngonyaka ofile ngobukhosi bamaBomvu aseMsinga ngenkosi okumele ithathe emuva kukaPano.

Sekuvelile ukuthi isinqumo seKhomishana kaNhlapho sesineminyaka emihlanu yonke saphuma ngowezi-2015, kodwa iHhovisi likaNdunankulu obesekunguMnu Willis Mchunu, ngaleso sikhathi kuhlala lo mhlangano ngonyaka olandelayo yilona ebelilokhu lihlezi phezu kwesinqumo esingujuqu. IKhomishana ihlonze ukuthi ubukhosi abubuyele endlini kaNkosikazi  yenkosi uMayizikanye uLoyi Ncwane uMaSibabane, buthathwe yindodana yakhe uMntwana uSenzani Ngubane eyayiqolwe bona yiqembu le-IFP ngowezi-2004.

Kodwa kuze kube yinamhlanje uHulumeni wesiFundazwe sakwaZulu-Natal, kusukela kusaphethe uNdunankulu uMnu Senzo Mchunu kuya kuMnu Willis Mchunu kuze kufike kuMnu Sihle Zikalala, usagcine ubukhosi bamaBomvu ngokungekho emthethweni kuMntwana uPano Ngubane.
